General Terms and Conditions for the online store Kratomfreunde.de

§1 Scope of application

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and Mister Marvelous Chemicals GmbH, Friedrichstraße 95, 10117 Berlin, via the Kratomfreunde online store.

(2) Deviating, conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions of the customer shall only become part of the contract if and insofar as Mister Marvelous Chemicals GmbH has expressly agreed to their validity.

§2 Conclusion of contract

(1) The presentation of the products in the online store Kratomfreunde does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer by the customer.

(2) By sending the order in the online store, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded when the order is accepted by Mister Marvelous Chemicals GmbH.

§3 Prices and shipping costs

(1) All prices include the statutory value added tax.

(2) The shipping costs are shown separately to the customer in the order process.

§4 Delivery and transfer of risk

(1) Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods shall pass to the customer or a person authorized to receive the goods when the goods are handed over.

§5 Right of withdrawal

(1) The customer has a statutory right of withdrawal.

(2) The details of the right of revocation are described in the revocation instructions.

§6 Warranty

(1) The statutory warranty rights shall apply.

(2) Further claims of the customer are excluded, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise
